Service Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer to drive service-related sales growth through technical expertise, market insight, and strong customer engagement. This role combines technical sales execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to expand service coverage, identify new opportunities, and manage long-term customer relationships across multiple industries.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer expectations.
- Develop and align long-term business strategies, targets, and service sales plans.
- Identify, pre-qualify, and develop sales leads and opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Review RFQs, clarify technical and commercial requirements, and prepare competitive proposals.
- Submit service proposals and actively manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Collate and maintain up-to-date information on market pricing and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Continuously update CRM systems and sales forecasts.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Business Units during contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Work closely with the Service Execution Manager and service support teams to ensure fulfillment of Service Maintenance Agreements.
- Coordinate with factory managers to develop technically sound and commercially attractive customer solutions.
- Partner with internal administration teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal delivery.
- Actively participate in industry networking, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
Communication & Coordination
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, internal teams, and management.
- Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs, market developments, and competitive landscape.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience, ideally within machinery and automation.
- Proven experience in separators, decanters, and homogenizers for industries such as:
- Dairy & Food
- Chemical & Pharmaceutical
- Beverage
- Marine & Energy
- Experience selling equipment and integrated process lines.
- Strong background in sales execution and opportunity management, with a demonstrated track record of revenue and profit growth.
- Highly commercial mindset with strong customer platform management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work across levels, functions, cultures, and geographies.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with a strong can-do attitude.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and accountable.
- Fluent in English. Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP C4C (or similar CRM tools).
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 60–80%).
