The Shift Leader is responsible for all Dark Store staff.

   Objectives

To maximise sales, through fantastic product availability and accurate stock holding.

To drive customer satisfaction with excellent product quality and quick commerce.

To minimise costs by controlling wastage and preventing theft

To train all staff to perform to the highest level.

To motivate, engage and develop your team members.

   Substitution

In the absence of the Shift Leader, another Shift Leader will step in.

   Duties & Responsibilities

To communicate effectively at all levels of the business.

To be open to the business requirements

To plan staff schedules & holidays to meet the business requirements. 

To deal with all sickness, lateness and performance management.

To ensure that health and safety requirements are met at all times.

To ensure the store is kept clean and tidy

To communicate all issues that prevent you from achieving your objectives.
