Shift Manager

Ensure quality and continuity of live broadcasts, resolve live-session issues, and ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory standards in studios.
Description
Imagine Live is looking for a Shift Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and continuity of live broadcasts, addressing issues that may arise during live sessions and guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards in the studios.

After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the safety and smooth operation of the floor and gaming halls
- Regularly monitor the game halls to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Ensure smooth operation during the shift
- Monitor the performance of Pit Bosses and Floor Supervisors throughout the shift
- Establish performance metrics for team members, Pit Bosses and Floor Supervisors and work with them to ensure all the standards are met
- Present proposals to management to revise goals and standards
- Participate in the development of internal documents (manuals, procedures, regulations, etc.)
- Recommend development plans for team members to the management
- Arrange one-on-one meetings with team members, Floor supervisors and Pit Bosses to provide feedback on the established KPIs
- Report any violations or issues arising 24/7 to their immediate supervisor, Studio Operations Manager and the CEO of Imagine Live
- Communicate with partners regarding general notifications, game cancellations and other topics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous land-based and/or online supervisory casino experience
- Fluency in Armenian and English
- Organizational and reporting skills
