Site Manager
TLDR
Lead on-site supervision of anaerobic digestion plant construction, coordinating subcontractors, safety, and progress reporting.
- Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants, ensuring compliance with client specifications, monitoring project progress, and controlling subcontractor costs.
- Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, planning and overseeing installation activities to ensure proper execution and adherence to project schedules.
- Verify the compliance of materials delivered to site, collecting delivery documentation, and coordinating with the logistics department.
- Ensure site safety, acting as the responsible person on site and reporting safety performance and issues to management.
- Collaborate with the project team and technical departments, coordinating site quality control processes and providing regular progress reports
- Mechanical /Electrical Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager for construction projects
- Experienced in the coordination of contracts and subcontractors
- Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations
- Fluent English

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 50000 EUR/year
