Mục tiêu công việc
Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành và theo dõi hoạt động của chuyền SMT nhằm đảm bảo đạt các mục tiêu về an toàn, chất lượng, năng suất và tiến độ sản xuất. Theo dõi hiệu suất sản xuất và hỗ trợ các hoạt động 5S, cải tiến liên tục.
Trách nhiệm chính
- Vận hành và theo dõi hoạt động sản xuất hằng ngày của chuyền SMT để đảm bảo đạt kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Theo dõi hiệu suất chuyền, tình trạng máy móc, downtime và tỷ lệ lỗi.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình thao tác, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và quy định về ESD/ an toàn.
- Sắp xếp nhân lực và hỗ trợ đào tạo công nhân vận hành.
- Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trên chuyền và báo cáo kịp thời cho cấp trên.
- Thực hiện báo cáo sản xuất hằng ngày và bàn giao ca.
Requirements
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất SMT.
- Hiểu biết về quy trình SMT, SPI, AOI, Reflow và máy gắp linh kiện.
- Có kỹ năng quản lý nhóm, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Có thể làm việc theo ca và chịu được áp lực công việc.
- Sử dụng cơ bản Excel và các biểu mẫu báo cáo sản xuất.
Ưu tiên
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai Kaizen, 5S.
- Có kinh nghiệm theo dõi KPI và quản lý hiệu suất chuyền SMT.
- Có kinh nghiệm về máy Fuji NXT.
