Social Media Strategist

The role

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist who thinks beyond posts and calendars.

Someone who sees a product launch and immediately starts imagining the campaign. Someone who understands how the same story should evolve across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond. Someone who can collaborate with designers, marketers, and creators to transform complex ideas into visual, memorable experiences.

You'll help define how one of crypto's leading brands shows up to the world, so if you're someone who loves turning ideas into campaigns people can't ignore, we'd love to meet you.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop creative campaign concepts for product launches in order to introduce new features in ways people want to share.
• Partner with Brand Designers to transform ideas into visually compelling social-first creative that strengthens the Solflare brand.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to translate product updates into engaging stories that resonate across different audiences.
• Build cross-platform campaign strategies that maximise impact while respecting the unique strengths of each social channel.
• Use visual storytelling to simplify complex product features into content that's easy to understand and exciting to engage with.
• Create activation ideas around events, launches, partnerships, and cultural moments that generate conversation.
• Work with video editors and designers to bring creative concepts from brief to execution.
• Explore AI-powered creative workflows to increase speed, experimentation, and content quality.
• Continuously identify new social formats, trends, and storytelling opportunities that help keep Solflare ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing and growing social media for brands, products, or agencies.
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creative thinking, not just content execution.
• Experience building brands through social, rather than simply maintaining publishing schedules.
• A deep understanding of today's major social platforms and how audiences behave differently across each.
• Confidence collaborating with designers, creatives, marketers, and video editors.
• Strong instincts for visual storytelling and campaign development.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and creative workflows.
• The ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business goals.

Nice to have:

• You're curious about crypto, Web3, or emerging technologies (you don't need to be an expert).
• You've worked on product marketing campaigns or launches.
• You have experience with video production or motion content.
• You're comfortable using design tools or AI creative platforms.
