Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business and operational decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics.
What You'll Do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various business and manufacturing systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI or similar tools.
- Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.
- Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferred.
