Cloud Engineer
TLDR
Build internal tools and automation for QA, DevOps, and performance on Azure with AKS, plus AI-assisted test automation and observability.
What you will be doing:
Develop and improve internal tools, scripts, and automation workflows to support QA, performance, DevOps, and engineering teams.
Work on cloud-based solutions and cloud-native application environments, with a focus on Azure and AKS.
Support performance engineering initiatives, including performance testing, performance analysis, and reliability improvements.
Implement and improve observability and monitoring capabilities to help identify system issues, performance gaps, and reliability concerns.
Build tools or utilities that may leverage AI to support test script generation, automation, or process improvement.
Support CI/CD and deployment workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across QA, DevOps, performance, infrastructure, and software engineering.
What you will likely bring:
Experience with scripting or software development.
Experience building or improving internal tools, scripts, automation workflows, testing environments, or deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native application environments.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Hands-on experience with observability platforms, monitoring tools, logs, metrics, dashboards, or telemetry.
Experience with performance engineering, performance testing, troubleshooting, or reliability improvements.
What could set you apart:
Hands-on experience with AKS or Kubernetes in cloud-based environments.
Experience implementing observability strategies to monitor and improve system performance.
Experience with performance engineering in cloud environments.
Experience developing tools for QA, performance testing, test automation, DevOps, or internal engineering teams.
Experience with modern development technologies such as React, Angular, FastAPI, Docker, Azure Web Apps, or Jenkins.
Experience using AI or machine learning to improve automation, testing, or product quality.
Background in cloud performance engineering, automation engineering, DevOps automation, SDET, performance engineering, or internal tools development.
