Roles
As a Software Engineer, you will develop software for the Eureka Controller and Eureka Camera, offering advanced functionalities in device control, robotics, computer vision, and AI for industrial automation. Responsibilities include software design, development, testing, and production support.
Job responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain software in Python and C++ for low-code robotics programming, AI training/ inference, device control, computer vision and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with product and other development teams to meet customer expectations.
- Assist test engineers in integration and stress testing.
- Work closely with external and internal users to troubleshoot and address issues in production.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they meet the minimum requirements.
Minimum
- BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields.
- 1+ years of software development experience (including internships) or good track record of relevant achievements (e.g., competitive programming contests, Hackathons).
- Proficiency in Python, C++ or a similar programming language. Familiarity with git and shell scripting.
- Proficiency in Agentic coding: Claude, Cursor, Codex, etc
- Background in algorithmics (complexity) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, both reading and writing.
Preferred
- 3+ years of software development experience (including internships) or strong track record of relevant achievements (e.g., competitive programming contests, Hackathons).
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
- Familiarity with Qt framework.
- Strong system design skills, with the ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity in building AI training pipeline
- Good understanding of the following topics: concurrency, database, containerization with docker/podman, and/or networking.
- (Required for middle to senior, nice to have for junior) Software engineering mindset: Testing, trade-off in code design and implementation, devops.
- Background in Computer Vision and AI: deep learning frameworks, model optimization.
- Familiarity with professional working processes (presentation, document writing, planning, time-management).
