Serves merchants by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.
Responsibilities:
- Determining requirements by working with merchants
- Providing solutions by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Selling more subscription by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Responsible for handling customer queries
- Maintaining the client database on a day to day basis
Requirements:
- Graduates with minimum 1 year experience in international call center
- Basic excel knowledge
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Smart, enthusiastic and pro-active individuals.
- Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
