Roles & responsibilities:
Responsible to lead healthcare targeted sourcing initiatives with the support of other Channel leads.
Responsible for the initial Sourcing POC for all healthcare
Coordinate with Job Fair organizers for schedules to create a calendar of available Job Fairs.
Job Fair logistics, (ingress & egress)
Plan with Recruitment team to identify which sites/accounts will participate and ensure these sites/accounts are represented
Cost monitoring and payment processing requirements of QC and Alabang
Vendor Management for supporting partners
Lead the promodizer team assigned to activity
Monitor the status of all applicants sourced from the activity
Re-profiling
Identify high traffic venues with a healthy pool of candidates with our required profiles
Similar tasks to when running a Job Fair
Coordinate with various PESO offices for Job Fair schedules and create a calendar of available Job Fair dates
Coordinate with Schools, Student Orgs and Local Government units to establish partnerships to access potential applicant database and organize Job Fairs
