Job Responsibiilites
- Lead a team of 15-20 associates focusing on strengthening the supply of the vertical (Health & Wellness, Academic Tutors, etc.)
- Devise strategies to identify supply gaps and execute a plan to fill the gap with the best available supply
- Responsible for launching categories in new cities by ensuring sufficient supply
- Identify cities with low sign ups; plan for generating sign-up (work with pro-marketing team); execute the acquisition of these sign-ups
- Feeder to Tech, Product, Pro Marketing team (for enhancement of sales efficiency and effectiveness)
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 1 yr of managerial experience /proven leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines and an unstructured environment
- Can hustle & motivate the team.
