Job Title: Senior Manager (8–10 Years Experience)

Location: Bengaluru

Ashirvad by Aliaxis is seeking a dynamic legal professional with 8-10 years of in-house experience to join our growing legal team in Bengaluru. The person would be reporting to the Head of Legal.

Key Responsibilities

1. Litigation & Dispute Management

• Lead and manage complex and high-value litigation matters across forums.
• Handle intellectual property disputes, commercial disputes, and civil litigation.
• Manage consumer complaints, regulatory notices, and related litigation.
• Coordinate with external counsel, prepare litigation strategies, and review pleadings and submissions.

2. Regulatory & Operational Advisory

• Provide legal advisory support on factory and warehouse operations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain in-house subject matter expertise on Legal Metrology.

3. Real Estate & Due Diligence

• Conduct land due diligence, title verification, and risk analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate lease deeds, leave & license agreements, and related real estate documentation.
• Identify legal risks in property transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.

4. Contracts & Commercial Advisory

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, and business arrangements.
• Provide legal support to procurement, operations, sales, and other internal teams.
• Standardize contract templates and improve contracting processes.

5. Cross-Functional Legal Support

• Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on operational and strategic issues.
• Assist leadership in decision-making by presenting legally sound, commercially viable solutions.
• Support internal policy development and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 8–10 years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house).

Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience handling complex litigation independently.
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and regulatory law.
• Experience advising on operational legal matters and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
