About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Outbound Product leader to drive the market adoption and customer success of our Agentforce Self Service offerings. While our inbound teams focus on building the product, your mission is to ensure the market understands, values, and adopts it. You will be the bridge between our product roadmap and the global sales organization, defining the "why" and "how" for our customers. You will own the narrative, arm our field teams, and champion our product with customers to drive revenue and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Define and own the overarching product positioning and value proposition for Agentforce Self Service. Develop compelling messaging that differentiates us in a crowded market.

  • Sales Enablement & Readiness: Create the essential tools—pitch decks, ROI calculators, battlecards, and sales training presentations—that empower our sales and partner organizations to confidently sell Agentforce.

  • Market Intelligence: Act as the primary conduit for competitive intelligence. Analyze competitors, track market trends, and translate these insights into actionable strategies for the product and sales teams.

  • Customer Advocacy & Reference Program: Establish and maintain relationships with key reference customers. Develop a robust portfolio of case studies, customer profiles, and success stories to demonstrate real-world value.

  • GTM Execution: Lead the go-to-market planning for new product releases. Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch features effectively and ensure seamless alignment between technical delivery and market communication.

  • Executive Influence: Present product strategy, market insights, and performance metrics to executive leadership. Serve as a spokesperson at industry events, webinars, and customer summits.

  • Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Collaboration: Partner with FDE pods to maintain a real-time feedback loop, ensuring that customer-specific technical blockers are communicated back to Product and Engineering to accelerate product maturity.

Qualifications

  • Proven Outbound Success: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on outbound roles, product marketing, or sales enablement in enterprise SaaS.

  • Strategic Storyteller: Exceptional ability to synthesize technical features into business outcomes. You can articulate the value of AI and automation to non-technical executive stakeholders.

  • Agentic AI Market Fluency: Deep understanding of the Agentic AI landscape, including key players, LLM capabilities, and consumption-based pricing models.

  • Data-Driven Marketer: Experience using data to drive sales growth and marketing experimentation. You understand how to measure the effectiveness of your enablement materials and campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Diplomat: Proven ability to work across matrixed organizations, aligning engineering, sales, success, and marketing teams toward a unified market message.

  • Technical Aptitude: While you are not writing the code, you have enough technical depth to speak the language of engineers and understand the "how" behind the "what" of our product

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments composed of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Understanding of and informed opinions on the Agentic AI market and players such as Fin, Sierra and Decagon

  • Prior Service or CRM product experience a huge plus

  • Familiarity with the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, specifically in pairing technical and strategic experts to accelerate customer deployment and product adoption.

  • Deep understanding of the shifting self-service landscape: You recognize the industry transition from passive, siloed deflection models (currently solving only ~14% of cases) to the new Agentic era (projected to autonomously resolve 80% of issues by 2029), and can effectively articulate how our platform transforms self-service from a cost-center deflection tactic into an agent-first resolution machine.

Unleash Your Potential
