Job Description

Snap Finance is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing organization. This role is critical to our continued success, working as a bridge between our business stakeholders and our Salesforce platform. You will drive process improvements, gather and document requirements, and partner with development and administrative teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our business operations.

How you'll make an impact:

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across departments to understand current processes, pain points, and business objectives
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to gather comprehensive requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and stakeholder communications

Requirements & Documentation

• Create comprehensive project requirements documents that clearly define scope, business rules, and technical specifications
• Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria that align with Agile methodology best practices
• Define test cases and quality assurance criteria to ensure deliverables meet business expectations

Salesforce Configuration & Administration Support

• Assist with Salesforce administration tasks including user management, data integrity, and system optimization
• Configure Salesforce solutions using standard features such as workflow rules, process builder, flows, and custom objects
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements within Salesforce

Quality Assurance & Validation

• Lead testing efforts and validate solutions against defined requirements and acceptance criteria
• Document and communicate defects, issues, and recommendations for resolution
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder sign-off

Project Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and system administrators to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations for implemented solutions

What you'll need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including configuration, customization, and standard features
• Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery
• Experience with Salesforce workflow rules, process builder, flows, or other configuration tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills

What would make you stand out:

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and modern UI/UX concepts
• Knowledge of Salesforce data management, data validation, and security considerations
• Experience with change management and end-user adoption strategies
• Background in fintech, lending, or financial services industry
