Sr Technical Artist I-2

Aristocrat is seeking a Sr Technical Artist I-2 to join our ambitious and innovative team! What You'll Do:-

• Produce and refine artwork and animation for digital gaming projects, guaranteeing they fulfill project briefs and technical limitations.

• Focus on the content implementation pipeline, optimizing models, textures, and animations for various game environments.

• Ensure relevant processes regarding asset management, file organization, and output configuration are clearly and accurately accomplished.

• Coordinate and control time wisely, working alongside agile development leaders to plan and deliver assets promptly with meticulous attention to detail.

• Perform peer reviews to verify work for precision and quality, maintaining elevated standards throughout the technical art processes.

• Detail game-related tasks according to business needs and collaborate with global teams and studio leads for status updates and mentorship.

• Follow instructions given by management to handle and produce art assets that contribute to business aims.

• Bring in ideas and innovations to improve the overall testing process, including tools and methodologies.

• Participate in after-business-hours calls as necessary.

What We're Looking For:-

• Established expertise in producing and integrating artwork for digital gaming projects, observing technical parameters of game engines and platforms.

• Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.

• Strong ability to handle and track files, assets, and workflows, ensuring accessibility and usability for the team.

• Outstanding collaboration skills to work closely with team members and collaborators, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Ability to uphold high standards of quality and accuracy, ensuring consistency across projects.

• A keen interest in keeping up to date with advancements in the gaming industry, multi-platform development, and relevant technical practices.

• Strong time management abilities to plan and deliver assets effectively within the agile development framework.

• Creativity to explore innovative concepts and provide multiple build variations that meet project briefs.

• Strong technical support and mentorship abilities to collaborate with artists, developers, and studio leads to achieve project goals.
