Look no further, Constant Contact is seeking a rockstar Senior Web Analytics Manager to lead our website and conversion optimization analytics, delivering actionable insights. We are looking for an intellectually curious self-starter, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and drive business decisions. . You will leverage the methodology, tools, and reporting available through our existing program and augment those with your own creative solutions to evolve how we work with these teams. This role requires you to think outside the box while maintaining analytical rigor.
What you’ll do:
- Being immersed in cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketers, Product Owners, Designers, Developers) responsible for innovating the customer site experience where you will lead the analytics
- Planning and conducting analyses to uncover insights and identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience and our site funnel
- Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests. Identifying conflicts, risks, and synergies among planned and in-flight tests
- Working closely with other analytics leads to inform the development, maintenance, and improvement of tools for analyzing and executing tests
- Make recommendations for web optimizations and influence the development roadmap
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline; business, math, statistics, computer science)
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SQL) and web analytics (GA360 preferred)
- 6+ years of experience with digital marketing analytics
- Previous hands-on experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with proven ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders
- Must possess a strong understanding of statistical methods and familiarity with test design
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and initiatives
