빠르게 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에서 고객의 문제를 해결하기 위해 디자인 씽킹을 주도하여 아이데이션부터 최종 개발 단계까지, 프로덕트 제작의 전 과정을 책임집니다. 사용자 시나리오, 사용자 여정, 와이어 프레임, UI 디자인과 프로토 타입을 능숙하게 제작할 수 있으며, 소비자, 업주, 배달 파트너를 위한 서비스 특성을 고려하여 포괄적인 관점에서 고객에게 가장 효과적인 디자인을 제안합니다.

• 고객의 온.오프라인 Journey 전반에 대한 깊은 이해와 트렌드 변화를 지속적으로 관찰하여 최상의 사용자 경험을 설계
• 비즈니스적인 요구사항과 기술적인 제약을 이해한 균형잡힌 제품 디자인 제시
• 효율적인 디자인팀 리소스 운영과 디자인팀 채용에도 기여
• 디자인 퀄리티 책임과 개선 방향성 제시

 

🚀 자격 요건: 

• 그래픽 디자인, 인터랙션 디자인, 산업 디자인, HCI, 컴퓨터 공학, 심리학 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 경력 보유한 분  
• 스케치, 제플린, Figma 등 디자인툴을 능숙하게 사용 할 수 있는 분 
• 8 년 이상의 프로덕트 디자인 경력이 있는 분 
• 팀 단위로 프로젝트를 다른 디자이너들을 리딩한 경험이 있는 분
• 프로젝트의 전체적인 전략을 세우고 결과물의 근거를 만든 경험이 있는 분

Job Overview 🚀

• Lead overall design projects while communicating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams 
• Enhance the process in an efficient manner through collaborations with other design leaders of the Product UX team
• Set priorities of improvement directions by identifying and analyzing problems with the current products and services.
• Contribute to the efficient management of design resources and recruiting resources for the design team.
• Assure design quality and set directions for improvement
• Coach and mentor junior designers

 

Qualifications 🚀

• BA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or equivalent degree/experience
• Ability to skillfully use design tools such as Sketch, Zeppelin, or Adobe Suite
• 8+ years of experience in product design
• Experience in leading other designers at the team level
• Experience in building an overall strategy of a project and basis of the deliverable

 

Preferred Experience 🚀

• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a rapid-growth environment
• Experience in launching a project from scratch by utilizing insights earned from UX research
• Ability to analyze data and reflect it into design
• Extensive knowledge of the e-commerce industry, enabling multi-dimensional understanding of customers, sellers, and business
• Fluent in both Korean and English communication
