Strategic Planning & Business Specialist

Main responsibilities will include:
Process and validate monthly financial data received from the Finance team
Design and implement control mechanisms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Analyze identified discrepancies, errors, and missing information, and communicate findings to relevant business units
Verify the accuracy and integrity of data & reports to be presented to the senior management and board
Contribute to the enhancement, optimization, and continuous development of budgeting and forecasting models
Perform detailed variance analyses between budgeted, forecasted, and actual financial results
Develop Long-Term Business Plans (LTBP) and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making
Prepare comprehensive analytical reports, financial projections, and presentations for key stakeholders
Monitor, analyze, and maintain assigned KPI data, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Support data analysis initiatives and contribute to business performance evaluation processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or another relevant multi-disciplinary field
3-4 years of professional work experience at tech or e-commerce industry, at a management consulting firm, or at an audit firm (Big4 experience is a plus) in relevant departments
Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Programs
Excellent command of Turkish and English, including writing and grammar skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a proactive mindset and strong ownership
