Student Assistant, Complaint Management department

We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join our team. As a member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will get the opportunity to work side-by-side with highly experienced colleagues. The primary responsibilities include Product Quality complaint handling and registration, but as we are continuously developing, the job can evolve to include tasks from functions in the department over time.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results. 

You will be joining the Complaint Management team consisting of 8 colleagues, and report directly to Karina Bergenholtz, Director QA, Complaint Management who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup.  

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Registration and handling of customer complaints
  • Unpacking of return samples
  • Support improvement of systems and processes
  • Data handling and analysis
  • Other day-to-day tasks, to the quality system and quality processes

Qualifications and Skills:

It is a requirement that you are enrolled in an academic programme, such as pharmacy, engineering or similar

Furthermore, you: 

  • Have a strong scientific mindset
  • Are proficient in English and Danish, both written and spoken
  • Have a detail-oriented, systematic and structured approach
  • Can work independently and run with a task with little supervision

You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.  

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.    

To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be adaptable and not afraid to learn from your mistakes. 

Work hours: Approximately 15 hours per week are expected, with flexibility during exam periods and peak business periods.
