They're on-air, writing code, working on projects, and making valuable contributions to the company. Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Intern will have the opportunity to partner with our team to gain experience working across our organization to impact the future of SiriusXM + Pandora. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills they have acquired in school related to their areas of interest, and then apply them in a professional setting. We have challenging projects that will help expand your knowledge as well as utilize your skills and strengths. Daily tasks may include special projects related to: candidate recruiting, sourcing and outreach, recruiting systems administration, candidate experience, onboarding, process development, and/or recruiting and diversity events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and execute projects with senior members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Document and present your own work to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiters, and Recruiting Leads to ensure success of your project.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Minimum Qualifications:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.

Requirements and General Skills:

• Must be highly organized with a keen eye for details and ability to develop and maintain processes.
• Experience supporting and partnering with dispersed stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to organize and prioritize with guidance
• Work independently or within teams and meet deadlines.
• Must have the ability to communicate and articulate clearly, both in person and in writing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and business units.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Please note that all SiriusXM + Pandora internships are paid.
