Supervisor - Fulfillment (Inbound)

TLDR

Hands-on role managing inbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, checking, put-away, and adherence to standards and SLAs.

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Lead/Supervisor to manage inbound operations in our warehouse. This role will be responsible for receiving, checking, and putting away goods, while ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth daily operations. You will lead a team and make sure all inbound activities meet company standards and customer SLAs.


Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

  • Supervise daily receiving, checking, and put-away activities
  • Ensure all inbound shipments are processed on time and correctly
  • Coordinate with transport and relevant teams for smooth inbound flow

Inventory Control

  • Ensure stock is accurate in both physical and system (WMS)
  • Investigate and resolve any inbound discrepancies
  • Support cycle count and stock take activities

Team Management

  • Assist on leading and controlling a team of warehouse staff
  • Assign daily tasks and manage manpower based on workload
  • Train new staff and monitor team performance

Process Improvement

  • Identify issues in inbound process and suggest improvements
  • Improve productivity and reduce errors
  • Ensure team follows SOP and work standards

System & Coordination

  • Update WMS accurately and on time
  • Work closely with Outbound, Inventory, and Customer Service teams
  • Ensure proper documentation for all inbound activities

Safety

  • Ensure team follows safety rules in warehouse
  • Maintain clean and safe working environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in warehouse / fulfillment operations
  • At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Thai speaking candidate
  • Experience using WMS
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work 6 days a week and in shift (if required)
