Supply Chain Intern
TLDR
Manage daily shipments, track courier deliveries, and maintain B2B records through accurate data entry and digital archiving.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Order Management: Create manual Sales Orders (SO) for daily shipments to affiliates and compile corresponding SO summaries.
- Logistics & Delivery Tracking: Monitor and coordinate the delivery status of manual Sales Orders shipped primarily via courier services.
- Data Entry: Input daily sales data into the principal’s system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document Administration: Organize, compile, and archive Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Purchase Orders (POs) from B2B customers.
- Digital Archiving: Scan B2B GRNs and upload them to designated Google Drive folders for record-keeping.
- General Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed by the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Education Status: Final-year students (must have no active classes left to ensure full commitment).
- Experience: Prior internship, organizational, or academic experience in document administration (preferably related to Sales Orders, Logistics, or Business Administration).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Basic familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, proactive, and good communication skills.
- Languages: Basic English proficiency (written & verbal).
