Supply Chain Planner (gn) – External Manufacturing

Your start in the Operations Team at  ESN & More! 

As a Supply Planner (all genders) – External Manufacturing, you are responsible for the availability of our externally manufactured products as well as a smooth purchase-order-to-invoice process in SAP. You bring experience in supply planning or procurement and are excited to drive the ESN & More Nutrition brands forward? Then get in touch and become part of the team.

Your mission

• You secure the availability of our externally manufactured products (co-manufacturers & suppliers) for ESN & More Nutrition
• You translate the demand plan into supply, purchase and replenishment plans and proactively steer suppliers
• You plan supplier capacity in the mid- to long-term and identify bottlenecks early on
• You own the full purchase-order-to-invoice process (PO-to-invoice) in SAP MM, including resolving quantity and price discrepancies
• You coordinate volumes, terms and pricing topics operationally with Strategic Procurement
• You drive process improvements and automation across the planning and order-to-invoice workflow

Your experience & skills

• You hold a degree in supply chain, business administration or industrial engineering – or equivalent practical experience
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in supply planning, procurement operations or contract manufacturing
• You have hands-on SAP experience (MM, PO-to-invoice); knowledge of o9, Kinaxis or SAP APO/IBP is a plus
• You are confident using Excel and planning systems and think analytically
• You work in a structured, proactive and hands-on way, with strong communication and stakeholder skills
• You speak business-fluent German and fluent English
