Finnomena Public Company Limited
Talent Acquisition Specialist
TLDR
Own full lifecycle recruiting for Tech and licensed financial-sales roles, building pipelines and data-driven talent communities.
Key Responsibilities
Specialized Recruitment — Tech & Financial Sales
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring) with a primary focus on Technology roles and Sales positions in the financial/securities industry.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each talent pool — e.g., engineering and product talent for Tech, and licensed/regulated sales talent (IC, IP, Wealth Advisors) for Financial Sales.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and future hiring needs in both domains.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and market/talent availability specific to tech and financial-sales markets.
Talent Community Building (Beyond Job Events)
- Build and nurture ongoing candidate communities through social networks and online channels — not just one-off job fairs or recruitment events.
- Create and curate engaging content, groups, and touchpoints (LinkedIn communities, Facebook groups, Line OpenChat, meetups, etc.) to keep passive talent warm and connected to FINNOMENA over the long term.
- Cultivate relationships that convert community members into future applicants and referrals.
Employer Branding Partnership
- Engage closely with the Employer Branding team as a core collaborator, aligning sourcing campaigns with branding initiatives.
- Co-create recruitment marketing content, employee stories, and campaigns across platforms to strengthen FINNOMENA's presence with tech and financial-sales talent.
- Represent the FINNOMENA brand consistently at career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and community activities.
Recruitment Technology & Data
- Act as a power user and internal specialist in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, maintaining accurate, structured data and optimizing workflows.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools to their fullest, and champion best practices with the wider team.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Hiring Manager Satisfaction) and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated experience hiring both Technology roles and Sales/Advisory talent in Financial Services, Securities, FinTech, or Wealth Management.
- Proven track record recruiting licensed financial-sales roles (Investment Consultant, Investment Planner, Wealth Advisor, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience building talent communities via social media and online networks, beyond traditional job events.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to run multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Competencies
- Strong business-partnering and consultative mindset across both tech and financial-sales hiring.

- High ownership, adaptability, and accountability.
