Team Lead, Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Team Lead, Quality Assurance to join our Quality Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on our IP folio products and services, contributing to the growth, stability, and continuous improvement of our applications. 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with manual and automated testing including minimum of 4 years of experience in Playwright, GitHub and Jenkins, minimum of 4 years of experience working as a QA engineer for an IP product and minimum of 1 year of experience using Copilot 

• Proficiency in English  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or similar field, or equivalent industry experience   

It would be great if you also have . . . 

• Experience in leading and managing a team of 3+ people 

• Strong knowledge of testing concepts with test strategy and test planning 

• Good Understanding of test automation frameworks & assisting/reviewing script creation  

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Provide test plans or test strategy for the team.   

• Plan, delegate, and direct the team’s day-to-day work to achieve operational targets or objectives with contributions to the immediate results for the team or department.  

• Implement test automation and conduct a wide range of quality control tests, trials, and analyses across systems and applications to ensure software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. 

• Highly Tech Savvy, should be able to implement latest tools/tech around QA areas. 

• Mentor senior and junior members of the team and provide them with technical direction. 

• Communicate policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within the team. 

• Manage risks effectively.

You will be responsible for managing 5 team members working in broad team of quality assurance engineers as a part of IP folio team.

IP folio is a cloud-based intellectual property management solution that helps corporate IP teams manage, protect, and maximize the value of their IP portfolios. It provides a centralized place to manage inventions, patents, trademarks, domain names, design rights, copyrights, and other IP assets.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.  

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
