Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support daily operations, including maintenance, cleaning, loading/unloading, and assisting team members as needed. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

• Operate basic tools and equipment as required for the job.

• Support team members in various departments with manual and physical tasks.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• No formal education required; High School Diploma or equivalent is a plus.

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as needed.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Work may involve exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and physical labor.

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on tasks.
