Tech Sourcer DE - Bee Talents [4,4-5,3k PLN UoP]

Hi, our name is Bee Talents and we are currently looking for a Junior Tech Sourcer to join our client's team - talent.io! 

talent.io is an international recruitment platform that connects IT job seekers with employers. Since 2015, talent.io's mission is to recommend the best candidates on the market in the easiest way possible. Today, the platform is used by start-ups and multinational corporations alike, who are able to build their technical teams quickly and efficiently thanks to it. In 6 years, the talent.io team has grown from 3 people in Paris to a team of almost 130 people in 5 countries and 11 cities - and they don't intend to stop there! Their offices are located in Paris, Berlin, London and Amsterdam, where people from all over the world collaborate. 

talent.io's main goal at the moment is to continually develop its recruitment platform, which will strengthen its position as a leader in the European IT recruitment market from month to month.  To this end, a sourcing team was created in January 2020, which is responsible for sourcing candidates. 

AND WHERE IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS? 

We're looking for a Junior Tech Sourcer - someone who will join the talent.io team on behalf of Bee Talents and help us find the best candidates in the IT industry! talent.io will take care of your onboarding and training, you'll also take part in integrations, team meetings and company goal setting process. ou will be part of a global team made of 20 talented Talent Advocates and Tech Sourcers, spread across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Bulgaria, reporting to our Talent Advocate Lead based in London. Our project is growing dynamically, so by joining our team you will also have an influence on the direction of this collaboration in the future.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY: 

It will probably start around 8-9am, as we usually start at this time. You will plan your working day yourself, taking into account team meetings. You will have the tools, knowledge and help of our team at your disposal. Once a week, the German team meets to discuss key successes and blockers. In your daily work you will discover and test new sourcing methods and use the collected data to reach out to the best candidates. 

YOUR TASKS AS JUNIOR TECH SOURCER:

  • Research and sourcing, i.e. finding and contacting potential candidates, mainly IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proactively building a strong pipeline of candidates, using an innovative and effective approach to convince them to use the platform to find their next role 
  • Innovation: we will rely on you to discover and implement new sourcing strategies and methods to find those hidden gems that our clients will love and want to hire
  • Being an evangelist for our brand to educate people about talent.io
  • Supporting candidates - you will be the expert for them to turn to with any concerns they may have. This will also have a real impact on jobs in your market
  • Writing pitches for portals and a large number of personalised messages
  • Continuous development and further training, both in HR and IT.

TO PROVE YOURSELF IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD:

  • Be fluent in English (at C1 level - able to converse freely with both the team and the candidate in this language)
  • Be fluent in German (level B2/C1 minimum)
  • Have very good communication skills and be willing to develop them. We send dozens of emails a day and they are all equally important. Communication within our team is also important to us
  • Know what excellent work organisation is
  • Be able to work in a team, we put great emphasis on teamwork
  • Believe that honesty and truthfulness is very important. We believe this is the key to effective collaboration, both with clients and within the team
  • Experience in recruitment/sourcing or customer service is a big plus

  • A monthly salary of: 4,4-5,3k gross PLN UoP
