The Operations team is a global unit dedicated to helping our products go where they need to be, our customers being successful, and our organization to achieve at an exceptionally high level. We’re now on a mission to find talented people who understand the value of delivering an outstanding customer experience. We are offering an opportunity to join our Global Contact Center team and we’re looking for a candidate who will provide 1st and 2nd line telephone and email technical support for Promethean’s bespoke software and hardware solutions.

A day in your life as a Technical Customer Support Representative at Promethean may include:

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting with customers to resolve their queries quickly
  • Maintaining a detailed history on the Call Management System of all issues reported to customer support
  • Working towards and achieving set targets in agreed KPIs
  • Deciding how best to resolve a customer query and deciding which queries need to be escalated
  • Developing allocated projects to raise efficiency within the department and overall customer satisfaction
  • Handling substantial numbers of customer calls/emails in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction
  • Addressing faults within any Promethean systems and devising a plan for making sure those faults are fixed

To be an amazing Technical Customer Support Representative at Promethean, you will have:

  • Excellent working knowledge of computer configurations and operating systems with the ability to be responsible for resolving technical issues
  • 2+ years of prior TCSR experience with the desire to constantly evaluate the company and search for ways to improve them
  • Excellent time management, procedural documentation skills, organizational skills, communication skills and customer care skills
  • Exemplary execution of previous project work and desire to lead.
  • Salesforce experience would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Spanish desirable
  • Must be able to commute to our Alpharetta office 2 x week (Tues / Weds)

Hourly Pay: $21 - $23 + Bonus Eligible
