Tolerance Management Engineer (Human)

Ensure precision assemblies function reliably in high-volume production through tolerance analyses, ISO GPS, measurement concepts, and manufacturing capability evaluation.

Your mission & challenges

Through systematic tolerance management, you make sure our precision assemblies function reliably in high-volume production.

  • Setting up and running tolerance analyses (1D/3D, statistical, worst case)

  • Defining tolerance concepts together with design and manufacturing

  • Deriving measurement and inspection concepts with quality

  • Evaluating manufacturing capability (Cp/Cpk) and supplier data

  • Contributing to alignment and assembly concepts

What we're looking for

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable

  • Experience in tolerance management and simulation (e.g., 3DCS, VisVSA, Cetol)

  • Very good knowledge of ISO GPS

  • Understanding of manufacturing and metrology

  • Structured, communicative way of working
