As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic Client Services team.

 

The Role

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Trainee CSR, you will support the Client Services team in delivering exceptional service to our clients, learning all aspects of print, production, fulfilment, and account management.

You will receive hands-on training, exposure to live client projects, and the opportunity to develop into a fully-fledged Customer Service Representative within the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Client Services team with day-to-day account management
  • Assisting with processing client orders and managing job workflows
  • Liaising with internal departments including production, estimating, and logistics
  • Building an understanding of print and marketing production processes
  • Ensuring all client communication is timely, accurate, and professional
  • Maintaining internal systems and updating job information
  • Supporting the delivery of projects to agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Learning to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/MIS systems is a bonus but not essential)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role is advantageous but not required
