Training Operations Manager

TLDR

Coordinate end-to-end training services for clinical studies, deploying eLearning and instructor-led curricula through a Learning Management System.

As Training Operations Manager, you will join Clario's Client Education team in Budapest and facilitate the setup, delivery, and management of end-to-end training services for the studies we support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing training operations projects across all Clario product/service lines

  • Leading client meetings or attending with other operational teams to present company services and gather client/study requirements

  • Developing, reviewing & finalizing training plans & delivery schedules with client's internal Education Specialists and coordinating the assignment of Team resources with department managers

  • Update project management tool with resource assignments and communicate assignments to assigned project manager

  • Coordinate timelines within the Education team, maintain deliverable schedules

  • Identify potential risks to project milestones, communicate to assigned project managers & escalate as appropriate

  • Manage the deployment of eLearning curriculums for assigned studies as defined by standard work instruction

  • Manage the deployment of Instructor-led training via the Learning Management System as defined by standard work instruction

  • Addressing project related issues, ensuring timely resolution to escalations and maintain tracking documentation to monitor progress

  • Assist with training new members of the Training Operations team

  • Leading/contributing to key process improvement initiatives across the Training Operations team

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to the clinical trial industry

  • Professional certifications regarding adult learning or project management are recommended but not required

  • Experience in managing client relationships across all professional levels

  • Excellent attention to detail, and strong organization & time-management skills with the ability prioritize tasks & manage workloads

  • Strong Creative and problem solving skills that can be implemented into internal improvement projects to enhance the delivery of services & meet the learning & education needs of clients

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English language)

  • Experience working within the Clinical Research / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry is highly desirable

  • We are open to applicants from all professional backgrounds but 2+ years’ experience working in Training Operations Management / in Project Management focused position (Project Associate / Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager or similar) or a Clinical Research focused position (Clinical Research Associate / Study Coordinator or similar) is highly desirable
