POSITION PURPOSE

Be the strategic operational partner to the VP Transformation & CSR and lead transformation missions from the evaluation of the need, construction of the project steps, coordination of all the contributors all along the different steps until results delivery.

In transversal organisation & projects with many contributors with other priorities, the transformation lead is owner of the program from the beginning until the stabilisation of the project in the organisation.

MISSIONS FOR 2022

Organisational change management

→ evaluate our organisation weak spots based on data & shadowing

→ support departments to optimize transversal collaboration & organization

Act as a internal consultant to support internal transformation projects:

→ evaluation needs (operational pains evaluation)

→ change recommendations (link pains with product roadmap)

→ key contributor regular coordination (operation, product, data, finance)

→ impact follow-up (Monthly Operation committee, Local committee)

Analyse change monitoring through our North Stars :

Growth - Profitability - Customer Satisfaction - Employee fulfilment - Impact

THIS JOB IS TAILORED FOR YOU IF

• You are super structured, flexible and highly adaptable

• You are a master of complexe project &/or program management 

• You have great oral and written communication skills both in English and in French

• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask are written in your DNA

• You have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative

• Tact and diplomacy are words used to describe you

• Discretion is your second nature and you are trustworthy: you will often be party of confidential information

• You have a strong attention for detail

PREFERABLE SKILLS

• 5+ years experience in consulting, transformation or project management

• Decision making and problem solving skills

• Knowledge of Slack, Zoom & Notion tools

• Entrepreneurial mindset based on ownership & taste for excellency
