Travel Specialist-MLA Replacement
TLDR
Coordinate global travel services, manage agents and data, and implement a new travel system in APAC.
Coordinate all related travel services for the employees in Israel, Europe and Asia Pacific including:
- Provide service to managers and employees
- Ensures that travel needs are met (within company guidelines)
- Drive continuous improvement of travel service
Manage and monitor overall travel operations:
- Manage travel agents in various locations
- Reviews and configures travel-related data, analysis and reporting of travel data
- Monitor travel budget and usage
- Negotiate agreements with airlines and hotels
- Review and approve invoices
- Taking part in projects
Major Projects:
- Implementing a new travel system in APAC.
- Replace our Travel agency.
- Improve our travel data base (Analayzer etc.).
- Strong service orientation - a must
- 0-3 experience in the travel industry
- BA degree- an advantage
- Great communications skills and excellent English (verbal and written)
- Able to work in a fast pace, high pressured, environment
- Attention to details
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines
- Fast learner
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
