Lead logístico responsable de la gestión integral del Centro de Distribución (CD) y el flujo de mercadería hacia las tiendas Turbo, con ownership del 100% del inventario y liderazgo sobre el 80% de la operación del negocio.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

El Lead MFC-Logístico será el responsable operacional del nuevo Centro de Distribución de Turbo Chile, liderando el flujo completo de mercadería desde la recepción hasta la distribución a tiendas MFC.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Gestionar el 100% de la mercadería del CD: recepción, almacenamiento, control de inventario y despacho a tiendas.
• Liderar la operación logística diaria, asegurando eficiencia, precisión y continuidad del abastecimiento.
• Coordinar las transferencias CD → tienda en tiempo y forma, alineado con la demanda y capacidad de cada MFC.
• Supervisar y desarrollar al equipo operacional a cargo.
• Monitorear KPIs logísticos clave: fill rate, OOS, cobertura, tiempos de transferencia y exactitud de inventario.
• Ser el punto de contacto entre el CD, las tiendas y el equipo de Supply.
• Identificar mejoras de proceso y escalar riesgos operacionales con criterio y anticipación.

Perfil buscado:

• Carrera en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o afín.
• 3-5 años de experiencia en operaciones logísticas, centros de distribución o retail de alta rotación.
• Experiencia liderando equipos operacionales.
• Perfil ejecutor, con alta capacidad de organización y gestión bajo presión.
• Manejo de herramientas de control de inventario y reportería. Deseable Excel avanzado o WMS.
• Experiencia en entornos de rápido crecimiento (startup, q-commerce o retail moderno es un plus).
