As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences across our applications.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to implement and test designs, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with developers.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with animations and motion design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
