US - Strategic Finance Associate (Remote, Spain)

The Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Finance Associate to join our team at Jobandtalent US. In this role, you will work closely with the US Chief of Staff and finance team to provide insights and guidance on strategic financial decisions to support our growth and profitability.

Responsibilities...

• Weekly/Monthly P&L reporting
• Monitoring financial rates evolution such as gross margin evolution, SG&A over revenue projection, EBITDA margin expectation, Mark-up deteroriation
• Perfrom analysis combining P&L and Operating info to create accurate forecasts
• Ad-hoc projects supporting strategic initiatives
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

You are/ have...

• Living in Spain
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in consultancy, investment banking, big4
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment a plus
