About the role:

As a User Community Manager within the Marketing team, you act as the bridge between the product and its community of core users, engaging with them so that they become engaged ambassadors of MetaMask.

You work with our Content team in order to create viral marketing campaigns on Twitter, participate in Reddit forums, facilitate conversation and events among users. You seed content and discussions in the user communities in order to keep them active and valuable. You create user-related content such as tutorials, FAQ lists, and engage with the user community in order to localize content in many languages.

You are part of a cross-functional team that includes the product team, the product marketing manager, content & social media teams, and developer relations in order to create and refine the user experience. You constantly feed the team with documented user feedback collected from user communities.

Job Requirements:

You have 4+ years of work experience in a comparable role at a consumer software product company. You are passionate about helping end-users and find it fulfilling to help millions of them to use MetaMask better.

You have a track record of writing or producing best-in-class content for end-users. You are known as someone who is authentic and creative and can be funny or quirky on occasion. You are fluent in English and ideally at least one other language.
