The role:
Dunwello is an early-stage startup (7 full-time people) looking to hire a UI/UX designer. We are looking for an artist who is passionate about crafting simple and elegant user interfaces for consumer products, who has a good sense of humor, and who wants to be part of a growing team of driven individuals. Our goal is to build a world-class consumer product, on both web and mobile. Your job will be to help define the vision and aesthetics of both product and brand. We are looking to hire, like right now.
Required skills:

Experience creating high-fidelity, final UI/UX designs for consumer products (web and mobile).

Independent thinker who cares not only about taking wireframes and making them pretty, but also thinks about the users, challenges decisions, and proposes better UX solutions.

Ability to “roll with it” - we have a plan, but like all startups things change frequently.

Willingness to take constructive criticism and desire to learn, iterate, and improve.

Laser-sharp focus on design details for crafting a beautiful end-to-end experience.

Rapid exploration skills for brainstorming product directions.

Understanding that a product needs a certain personality, and willingness to develop alignment between product and brand.
Bonus skills:

HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge.

Prototyping ability.

Experience running usability tests.
