Introducing our Venture Teams

Our Venture Architect Team consists of world-class business leaders, founders, entrepreneurs and digital experts. Together with Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, Marketing and technology experts they help corporations own the next horizon of innovation.

As a Venture Architect, you will use your skills to:

• Explore and analyse markets and trends in the industry
• Perform competitive analysis and identify current best practices and market leaders
• Collaborate with Design and Product Management, as well as clients, to define a minimum viable business build
• Plan new ventures, products and services
• Act as an entrepreneur in residence and work hands-on to guarantee the successful launch of a business
• Get the opportunity to be a part of multiple ventures in different industries and experience significant personal growth and development 

As a Venture Architect, you will need:

• 2-3 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or high-pressure start-up environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in strategy development, business planning, quantitative and economic modeling
• Expertise in design or product development
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (business, entrepreneurship, psychology, economics, strategy or equivalent from a top-tier institution preferred)
• Business fluency in German and English
