ManoMano is building its own Fulfillment network in Europe. We launched our fulfillment service, ManoFulfillment in 2018 in France and 2019 in Spain and continue to scale massively to provide an outstanding Seller and Customer experience. For this purpose, we are looking for a talented VP Delivery and Fulfillment to lead this ambitious project.

The VP Delivery & Fulfillment role is a key member of the leadership team, reporting only to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

Your role will be instrumental in building the best DIY Fulfillment service in Europe. Your work will have a considerable impact on ManoMano’s growth.

You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.

The goal of the VP Delivery & Fulfillment position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Missions:

- Design and implement European Logistics Footprint and Transport strategy

- Build and developing your team

- Full P&L responsibility for ManoFulfillment

- Launch of our new Fulfillment centers across Europe (IT, DE and UK)

- Build European transporter (carrier) network for development of ManoFulfillment & Cross Border Business

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

- Build and implement Delivery Experience vision for ManoMano (Delivery options, Returns etc…) 

Profile required:

- At least 15 years of experience with an excellent knowledge of European fulfillment center operations and transport

- A significant experience in a fast-paced environment with a B2C context

- Cross functional team management experience

- A strong analytical & detail-oriented mindset

- A creative mindset to identify solutions & shortcuts

- Fluency in English. Knowledge of another language as German, Italian or Spanish is a plus

- Travel to our Fulfillment Centers may be required and depending on new project launches
