This role is a unique opportunity to join the senior leadership team of a fast growing female-founded startup that is redesigning mental health care for women.  

As the VP of Growth you will own our end-to-end go-to-market strategy as we continue to expand our services across the country. You will be responsible for prioritizing and launching new markets, leading everything from OB/GYN practice sales to establishing local partnerships that cement our presence in communities. You will develop a repeatable and scalable market launch playbook as well as grow and develop our sales team.

You will also ensure we deliver continuous value to our OB/GYN referral partners so that we maintain an active and engaged base of referring providers. You will grow and develop our account management team as well as work closely with our product team on new initiatives to further embed Seven Starling referrals into provider workflows. Additionally, you will oversee brand marketing efforts that keep us top of mind for both prospective patients and referring providers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience leading growth at a fast growing startup. You are passionate about our mission, data-driven, creative, skilled at project management, and not afraid to get in the weeds with this work and with your team. 

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the executive team to develop growth strategy and align objectives across the company
  • Launch new markets, including managing the state by state launch timeline and building out a scalable and repeatable market launch playbook
  • Lead OB/GYN practice sales, including growing and developing our sales team
  • Drive referral volume from our growing base of referring OB/GYNs, leading initiatives to increase practice referral efficiency and growing and developing our account management team
  • Develop local partnerships with relevant organizations to establish our presence in communities
  • Drive patient conversion, including overseeing our team of care coordinators and collaborating closely with the product team to ideate new opportunities to increase on site conversion  
  • Develop and report on KPIs that allow us to measure impact as well as make data-driven decisions about growth initiatives to prioritize
  • Lead brand marketing efforts to engage both patients and providers, including lead a brand refresh in close partnership with the executive team
  • Identify new growth opportunities as the business continues to expand

Who You Are

  • You are a seasoned growth leader with 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally including leading B2B2C growth initiatives at a fast growing startup
  • You understand the healthcare ecosystem and can fluidly navigate the relationships between payors, providers, health systems and more. You ideally have experience in digital health
  • You having experience leading sales, account management, and/or customer success teams
  • You are strategic and decisive, able to create structure out of ambiguity and define clear priorities with limited resources
  • You love data and are fluent in developing dashboards and KPI’s that help you and your teams make data-driven decisions
  • You are a skilled project manager, able to manage many moving pieces and teams at once to meet project goals
  • You are a skilled communicator and can distill complex concepts into clear messages
  • You love collaborating with and developing your teams
  • You are scrappy and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get into the weeds 
  • You are a mission-driven leader excited about transforming mental health care for women!

Details

  • Full time; Remote
  • Compensation: $160-200K + competitive equity package and benefits
