We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs and keep our North American warehouse running smoothly!

What You’ll Do
As our Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and staff get what they need accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Receiving: Pack and ship customer orders, unpack incoming vendor shipments, and organize incoming mail.
- Inventory Management: Label, store, and deliver inventory; manage demo equipment; and keep track of packing supplies.
- Event Logistics: Prepare and pack marketing materials and equipment for tradeshows.
- Admin & Data Entry: Enter vendor bills into our database and record serial numbers in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Great problem-solving ability and team spirit.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Bonus Points (Preferred, but not required):
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Previous administrative or office experience.
