The Opportunity
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day work of our warehouse team, supporting a safe, effective, and positive work environment.
What to know upfront:
On-site: This is a 100% on-site role. Remote/hybrid work and relocation assistance are not available.
Hands-on: You’ll work on the warehouse floor alongside your team.
Physical: You’ll walk, stoop, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours. You must be able to stay until the day’s work is complete. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
What You’ll Do
Promote Fullscript’s values and mission while motivating and supporting the growth of your team.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and secure work environment.
Oversee all daily warehouse functions, including receiving, picking/packing, shipping, inventory control, quality control, facilities, and workplace safety.
Ensure employees follow work procedures and protocols, recognizing strong performance and administering corrective action when needed.
Create and maintain daily work schedules based on business needs, including overtime or ending shifts early when volume dictates.
Maintain time and attendance data, including employee punches and attendance occurrences.
Lead new-hire onboarding and training.
Find new and innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of labor and system resources.
Work cohesively with other department team members to ensure objectives are met.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
3+ years of Warehousing & Logistics experience.
1+ years of leadership experience with teams of 20+, including hiring, training, and off-boarding.
High school diploma required; secondary education degree desired.
Advanced experience with WMS and/or ERP systems in a warehouse environment.
Proven track record of generating and successfully implementing effective ideas.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking.
Ability to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize, generate and utilize reports, and manage projects.
Ability to work effectively with team members, suppliers, and cross-functional departments, with a track record of solving cross-departmental problems with lasting solutions.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work a full-time shift, including overtime when necessary.
