Warehouse Supervisor (m/f/d)

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, efficient logistics and warehouse operations are essential to delivering advanced autonomous systems at speed and scale. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinate closely with production teams, and ensure materials and shipments move reliably through the organization. 

You will play a hands-on leadership role in building structured, efficient, and dependable warehouse processes within a fast-growing defence technology environment. Your work will directly support operational excellence and help enable the delivery of next-generation systems across Europe and beyond. 

What You’ll Build

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate workflows across logistics activities  
• Align warehouse priorities with production demands to ensure smooth material availability and delivery timelines  
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, unpacking, and goods handling  
• Supervise sorting, commissioning, and inventory management processes  
• Ensure accurate booking of goods and stock movements in SAP S/4HANA  
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas  
• Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reliability  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep logistics operations running smoothly  
• Contribute to a structured and high-performing warehouse environment through hands-on leadership and accountability  

What You Bring

• Strong fluency in both German and English
• Experience supervising warehouse, logistics, or operational teams in a fast-paced environment  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple operational priorities effectively  
• Hands-on experience with warehouse processes, inventory handling, and shipment coordination  
• Confidence working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA  
• A valid forklift license and practical experience operating warehouse equipment  
• A valid driver’s license  
• A proactive and reliable working style with strong attention to detail  
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with production and logistics teams  
• Commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-organized operations
