Warehouse Supervisor
TLDR
Optimize sort efficiency and throughput by leading a warehouse team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring safe loading and unloading operations.
Job Descriptions:

To achieve target level of sort efficiency and sort throughput speed

Maintain an efficient warehouse team, in carrying out relevant sort functions

Using data and physical checks, ensure warehouse sort target efficiency is achieved

Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise
-
Coordinate instructions passed down from the other departments to your respective warehouse team.

Schedule workload equally to the team members
-
Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks
-
Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection

Self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision

To ensure no damage to item during loading/unloading.

Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Logistic/ Warehouse experience will be considered.
Candidate must be prepared to manage and discipline drivers, preferably Junior
Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
