This role is critical to ensure a smooth planning and execution of the daily FC activities including inbound, outbound, and inventory. The fulfillment team works hard to serve customers and supporting hundreds of deliveries every day. This role requires a team player with strong leadership skills. Someone who is driven to get the job done, brings a positive attitude, meets company’s KPIs and strives to provide exceptional customer service. Strong people and distribution process management skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of 20 staff
• Maintains receiving, inventory and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with best practices about warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards FC operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains FC staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years (supervisor) of experience experience in warehouse setting
• Good communication skills and people management capability
• Detail-oriented and organisation skills
• Willingness to work shift hours
