Web Developer

We’re looking for a senior Wed Development Engineer to lead the strategy, design, and execution of personalized digital journeys across our websites.

In this role, you will be a key player in creating, managing, and optimizing the user journey while executing impactful campaigns that enhance engagement across various channels.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own website optimization of our WordPress website, including page development, plugin updates and more.

• Create Landing pages, emails, forms and other marketing elements in both HubSpot and WordPress

• Optimize our Google Tag Manager to ensure all channels are being tracked correctly and GDPR rules are being kept.

• Apply data-driven optimization: run structured A/B tests, monitor trends and behaviors, and optimize KPIs across segments and regions to improve engagement and retention.

• Collaboration with global stakeholders (marketing, sales, data, and engineering) to translate business goals into scalable MarTech solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS company - must

• Hands-on experience maintaining WordPress websites 

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, themes, plugins, and page builders 

• Ability to debug common WordPress and front-end issues

• Experience with additional digital tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, etc.) 

• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.

• This is a highly hands-on technical role; curiosity and eagerness to learn are essentials.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across global teams

Advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
