Our members include start-ups, small businesses, freelancers, and corporates. We are the largest coworking space in the country with 21 Hubs across 9 cities and 6 more being set up.
About the Position:
We have grown enormously since inception to 20 hubs across 9 cities. We are building new hubs with a passion and expanding rapidly. To support this, we are looking for FM professionals to lead our Facilities operations in the south region. The ideal candidate would be required to lead the Facilities teams for the hubs in the region and provide direction, oversight and coordination of all functions and activities of Facilities Operations.
The Zonal FM will be a key member of the team under the Director – Facilities Operations, and will have regional oversight of Facilities operations, support the hub operations, expansion and projects teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Execute a regional strategy in line with the pan-India operational strategy and guidelines for Facilities Operations
- Disseminate and ensure implementation of best industry practices & service innovation initiatives to provide consistency & standardization of offerings at all hubs
- Advise the Director – Facilities Operations on building zonal/pan-India level strategies for Facilities operations
- Support the Hub Operations teams to improve customer service quality & retention
Functional Responsibilities
The Zonal FM will be responsible for the following functions across the region:
- Soft Services- Cleaning, upkeep and maintenance
- Technical Maintenance & Operations
- Security of Hubs, Members and employees
- Hygiene, Health and Safety
- F & B operations, cafeteria management
- Compliance- labour laws, state/municipal regulations, Fire regulations, FSSAI etc.
- Utilities management- implement strategies to increase efficiencies and reduce costs
- Vendor Management – transitions, performance reviews and audits of operations
- Budgets, financial planning and procurement (facilities) for region
- Maintaining landlord relationships for all the hub locations
- Facilities review of new/prospective hubs
- Ownership of revamp/renovations at the hub level
- Support Projects/Setup team in building & handover of new hubs
- Innovation/automation/new technologies
- Responsibility of Facilities teams at the hubs across the region
- Training and development of Teams, Performance review of Team members
- Support with recruitment of new team members (Facility Managers etc.)
Background & Education:
- 10-15 years’ experience in Facilities Management in corporate/co-working spaces
- Experience managing 100+ ksf across multiple office locations
- Energetic with ability to innovate, and adapt to a rapidly growing company
- Candidates with MBA and FM certifications (CFM/FMP etc.) preferred
