Magno IT is an IT Recruitment business with an attractive international customer portfolio covering small businesses to large multinationals. We are looking for an enthusiastic resourcer / recruiter to strengthen our team.

Magno IT is a company of 17 people, with growth ambitions in company size and market differentiation. As a family company we have an informal culture and help each other succeed in personal and company goals.

As a resourcer / recruiter at Magno IT you are responsible for finding the best candidates on vacancies of our clients. To achieve this, you work closely with the Account Managers, you get to know your customers and the market, and you build a good relationship with candidates. After a thorough training period you will start building Talent Pools. We offer plenty of career opportunities and personal development in recruitment, sales and team management.

Activities may include:

• Describe the vacancy together with account manager / customer
• Publish the vacancy through several media (such as LinkedIN, database, job boards).
• Interview the candidate and make a candidate assessment.
• Commit the candidate on contractual terms.
• Introduce the candidate to the account manager / customer.
• Guide the candidate during customer interview process.

Requirements

• Higher level education - Bachelor equivalent.
• Experience as a recruiter is a plus but not required.
• IT knowledge is not required, training will be provided.
• You can deal with responsibility, can make decisions independently, are enthusiastic, creative, a go-getter and find it important to work together.
• You are proficient in Dutch and English
